The corporate lunch catering menu aims to provide executive-level service during workshops, presentations, openings, high-level business meetings, and negotiations. It can fit any event with a small to medium number of guests.

In many ways it is similar to a Plated Dinner Catering Menu. The notable differences are the ability of having more courses served and service aligned with event agenda.

The main goal of the corporate lunch catering is tailoring top-quality menu items to the event format and guests’ food preferences. It can provide quick, on-demand service, while minimizing the disruptions for the event agenda. It also puts emphasis on top-level service and comfort for the guests.

Corporate Lunch Catering Menu Setup

Corporate lunch catering menu will typically include a variety of sandwiches, accompanied by soup and/or salad, with something sweet at the end, or hot food items may be offered. Keep in mind that your selections should consist of items that are easy to consume in a formal setting. Avoid messy items that could splatter guests’ clothing, as they will likely be returning to their work duties after the meal. For example, pasta should be small pieces, like penne or fusili, as opposed to long ribbons like linguine or spaghetti. Sandwiches should be cut in easy-to-hold portions. Desserts should be dainty, such as squares and tarts.

All dinnerware and flatware, whether real or disposable, is provided. The service is performed by highly-skilled waiters, who will pay attention to the smallest requests and will make an extra effort in order to address all guests’ needs.

Alternatives to Corporate Lunch Catering Menu

Depending on the event format and size, there may be several catering options available besides the corporate lunch catering menu. Our catering experts will assist you along the process of designing the menu for your event. Here are some additional options you may explore.

In cases when the number of guests is higher, a better option is ordering a Plated Dinner Catering Menu, only with fewer courses or smaller portions. It would provide a similar level of experience as the corporate lunch catering menu. At the same time it would scale better and remain consistent in terms of highest level of service.

The Reception Catering Menu may be a better option for events where sitting options are limited or when the number of guests is flexible. It may also work better for events in which the food is complementary to the agenda (e.g. hors d’oeuvres during a networking event) or serves as a cocktail hour preceding a formal dinner.
